Door Supervision is one of ESP’s core services whether for an event or venue. Over the years our Door Supervision teams have expanded rapidly and have a range of experience working through the Nation on different tasks from Football Stadiums, Birthday events, Parties and of course different full time venues as well as supporting our sister brands (ERE & EES).

We understand that Door Supervisors are often the customers’ first point of contact when they attend a licensed event or venue.

Therefore, they often set the tone of the event before the customer walks through the door. To support this we have an agreed dress code and a Code of Conduct policy that all of our Door Supervision staff must adhere to at all times to ensure that the client is represented and they are fully aware of any brand offers along with what is expected at all eventualities. All of our Door Supervision staff are trained in line with current SIA Standards. The majority of them also hold additional qualifications, such as First Aid, Physical Intervention and Fire Safety.

All our staff have access to our dedicated CPD (Continuous Professional Development) portal to keep them updated with changes and trends Our dedicated Area Managers regularly visit the venues that we operate in and conduct a Unit Contact to ensure we are exceeding the standards agreed. We are transparent in our findings and always show the members of staff the results as well as the clients.
